Since embarking on his real estate journey 21 years ago, Brooks has made a mark with Blake and Davis REALTORS® and Berkshire Hathaway Select Properties in Clayton. He was instrumental in launching a new flagship West County office for Berkshire Hathaway in Town and Country, further expanding his impressive portfolio. With a solid track record in real estate management and sales, Brooks rose to the rank of President and CEO of the St. Louis affiliate for Sotheby’s International Realty in Clayton. Under his leadership at Dielmann Sotheby’s International Realty, he propelled the company on a remarkable eight-year-long ascent, boosting market share, refining the luxury brand, and skyrocketing annual sales from $44 million to over $650 million.
Today, Brooks and his life partner of 27 years have formed the game-changing team of Brooks Davis Partners and have recently joined forces with Compass Realty Group in Frontenac. Together, they are reshaping the St. Louis real estate scene with laser-focused, client-centric service backed by a proven record of sales success and marketing prowess.
